Options for Running KSTAR

On Galaxy Web Server (Coming Soon!)

Run KSTAR without any coding necessary using the Galaxy web server. This is the recommended option for non-coding users, but has fewer options for downstream analysis. See the linked tutorial for more details. This option is not currently available, but will be coming soon!

In Python

Run KSTAR with greater flexibility in Python. This is the recommended option for users familiar with Python and wanting to perform custom downstream analysis on their results.
