translateFeatures

CoDIAC.translateFeatures.return_translated_features(feature_dict, feature_trans_dict, percent_match_threshold)

Returns a new dictionary of features, with output headers and feature positions based on a feature_trans_dict. Will only translate features if the total match is betterh than percent_match_threshold
