CoDIAC.PDB.generateStructureRefFile_fromUniprotFile(uniprotRefFile, outputFile)

Creates a PDB Structure Reference File

Parameters:

uniprotRefFile: str

Location of the uniprot referenct to use

outputFile: str

name of the output file

Returns:

Writes to the outputFile location a CSV formatted, annotated structure file
